Beyond the Paycheck....

A LIVE Panel Event

This month we are tackling the issue of Workforce Retention and Recruitment. This is a topic that we continue to hear from our clients and partners is one of the top issues that they are dealing with. We wanted to have a positive dialogue about the impact that we can have as leaders to transform the way we look at our Culture and Engagement into a competitive advantage and not just an issue for your business. The future of our organizations truly relies on our ability to understand how to use Culture to enhance retention and recruitment in a tight labor market and changing workforce values.

We are hosting this live panel event and bringing together a group of four leaders in the Minneapolis area who are actively driving change and enhancement in their cultures and ultimately their retention. See information below on each of the panelists, which will be moderated by our very own Jaime Taets, CEO of Keystone Group International.

Keystone is excited to be involved in driving real conversations about this issue that is having an impact for all of our clients and partners. Join us for an event that will educate, inspire and give you ideas on how you can start to make an impact for your own organization.
